This is a PU vinyl that has a smooth and silky hand feel that can be slipper. It has a knit/felt back. It is 1.2mm thick but can vary and is dense. The width is 51"-52". The weight for an 18" roll is approximately 16oz. It has slight 1 way stretch, does not rip/tear, and is pliable yet structured. Due to the silky front texture some DST may have a hard time holding but other methods can be used as replacements for holding. Best used with a walking foot or teflon foot. Creasing and wrinkling may occur during the birthing process. Best suited for "semi industrial" or industrial machines. Cost per 18" roll is $18. Please note the coloring will be different from other bases and products, and different than the digital images, because the printing process and the way base takes the dye are different.
The vinyl is sold by the roll and the width is 52". Multiple rolls ordered will not be continuous. Each roll is 18" long by 50" wide.
